CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are dedicated just for you! Our commitment to you is that we will make every effort to book an appointment that best suits your schedule.

We will also contact you prior to your appointment to remind you of the date and time you are scheduled to see one of our doctors or hygienist.

At Mer Bleue Dental Centre, we require a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice to reschedule and/or cancel your appointments.

If you fail to reschedule your appointment or do not show for your appointment, we do reserve the right to charge you a fee for the time we have lost.

We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.

We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling or canceling with the proper two (2) business days’ notice provided.


PAYMENT

Payment for services is due at the end of each appointment.

For the convenience of our patients, we accept the following methods of payment:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express

INSURANCE

For the convenience of our patients, we accept all major dental insurance programs.

As a convenience to our insured patients, we will prepare and submit all necessary information and forms on your behalf.

Please keep in mind that dental insurance is an agreement between each patient and their provider.

While we are pleased to assist in the submission of information and forms, dental insurance limits on some policies can be lower than the cost of some procedures.

Additionally, some dental policies exclude certain types of procedures that may be necessary and/or recommended.  Each patient is responsible for all dental charges incurred in the course of their dental care.
